Ive been lucky enough to work directly with Sanjit and Mumu (the owners) at SMS Realty since moving to Dubain 2023 and theyve been the most helpful and trustworthy partners I could have imagined. Theyre locals who have decades of knowledge about Dubai and that makes a world of a difference.In dubai, there are unfortunately a LOT of nonsense real-estate folks that come in for a quick buck, with no idea whats going on except that they have to hit a target. SMS is completely the opposite. Theyre patient, knowledgebale, and, given their many years in Dubai, extremely well-connected across banking and real estate (crucial to getting things done in Dubai).Theyve helped me with rentals, off-plan, mortgage, re-mortgage etc. etc. I could honestly keep writing on and on.
