Very neat, nice and well equipped apartment with a stunning view. Everything available for the confort : soap ( for bathing, dish washing, clothes washing), tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water for welcoming us. The host is always careful . We had a very pleasant stay. No negative point. Thank you Stayis!!!

Me and 4 of my friends stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is so nice with an amazing view right in the Marina. There is a small supermarket right across the road for all your needs! And a nice food spot for quick finger food and more also across the road. I 100% reccomend this place for family or friends !

Great experience. Perfect place for a family with all essential facilities. We had a very comfortable stay at this place. Being at downtown, close to mall, Burj Khalifa, Metro, etc. All walking distance. And a great view of Burj Khalifa from balcony. But being a 2nd floor, there were construction crane in between but not an issue. Still a great view.Issues were fixed straightaway like we had some noise coming from some construction. But Khalid and his team were quick enough to fix the problem. Another great point is the swimming pool. My kids loved it, very clean, not busy and with shed for kids was perfect during day time.Very easy process to check in and out. No hassle.I want to thank Khalid for allowing us to check in early as promised which was so helpful after a long flight. I hope to come back in future. Perfect stay.

We stayed in an apartment in Downtown. Awesome view of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is just a miracle, it felt like coming home. Cleanliness, comfort, pleasant smell🤤Special thanks to the staff for their care. There was a problem with the English language, I was immediately transferred to the manager Anna. She is a huge smart girl, thanks to her our vacation was 10 out of 10. She told and showed everything. She personally took us on a boat ride. It was a delight🤩I advise everyone to go to them, the guys will not only move you into a cool apartment, but will also show Dubai in all its glory. Anna is the best ❤️
