Incredible service. Really impressive.I came to Dubai only a few months ago and saw lots of agents, tried to call lots of places that were on with agents, places but the agents didnt seem to listen to my requirements and so I spent a lot of wasted time, and in mid-summer that was exhausting.I called Andrea at Urban and within 24 hours Id seen my perfect place and made an offer. She was brilliant, listened to everything I had needed and the match was spot on. Communication continued all the way through to signing the contract and setting up all the admin tasks - I really cannot recommend her and her team enough. 10 stars!

I am currently managing my property in Dubai Hills Estate with Urban. Yousef has been instrumental in assisting me with this, answering all questions quickly, concisely and being available during out of office hours with any concerns. The Urban app is very responsive, and viewings by potential tenants are made easy through a personal key code lock installed in the door and professional photos taken by Urban. Although I ended up finding my own tenant, by coincidence, I am confident I will continue to use Urban in the future.

Honestly, these guys are like a breath of fresh air! I have wasted so much time with absolutely horrible agents from other companies who dont even bother to show the property, Urban is just so much different and amazing! From the very first interaction till the end I felt 100% undivided attention and support - viewed apartment same day, signed contract online, they helped with all the move-in procedures, etc; all that hustle that everyone else does offline they just do it on the App, I feel like all other agencies are in 19th century, while Urban is in 22nd century already, they make renting process so smooth and easy. Special thanks to Andrea, who has been so supportive and attentive to every single request I had, I feel like commission I paid should have been higher, as her service and attention was just next level! Thank you Andrea and Urban, you guys are rock stars!!!

I contacted Andrea, who was super responsive, suggesting all the locations that would fit our requirements. Even during my travelling, she kept in touch with me. Im sometimes super annoying, but Andrea made me feel like its normal to have so many demands. Because Andrea was looking for a new home, it felt easy and fun. She did everything possible for us. I want to thank her from my heart for helping us to find our new home. I would always highly recommend using Urban. The app makes it much easier to filter out and get the first impression about the Properties. We planned already in advance how to set up our home.

Very honest and helpful. I dealt with Oswald, and he was always there when I had a question, and assisted me in every way. He even checked up on me after the move to ensure I was settling in well and didnt have any issues. Best Real Estate SiteI love Urban.If looking for a place to rent or have a unit to offer Urban is the way to go. Easy to find a listing, negotiate the price directly with the landlord. Total transparency with no hidden fees and the option to choose between multiple payment methods and monthly installments. The best is the 3D tour and option to book viewings at any time without the need of an agent, just knock and open.Very happy with my experience, highly recommended.

I was unaware of URBAN real estate and accidentally came across it while browsing for rental properties. Ms Rachel was kind enough to guide me how I should use the site twice! Once on the portal, I found it so so easy to go through various property options in various locations in Dubai...3D views, pix and digital locks were just amazing, easy to handle and up to date so the waste of valuable time was curtailed to almost nil and I easily zeroed my focus on to the properties I wanted.In less than 6 hrs, I was contacted by the appointed agent Mr Oswald, by URBAN. Mr Oswald was highly energetic enough to show me all properties i wanted to go through and was in-line with my thinking. He was so sincere and open about pure facts which showed that he just did not just want to get the deal through desperately but wanted me to have value for money as well, even if it meant that I would lose the deal with him. This was the precise reason that I opted to go with him only. Untiring attitude and looking into needs of the client beyond point of just deal must be the moto of Mr Oswald and URBAN as a whole! The at once responses by Ms Betty to all my emails starting from signing Ejari till handing over the apartment to me was handled remarkably well by URBAN. Mr Oswald even assisted with details of authentic net providers prior to shifting. It ended up with final call from URBAN ascertaining that client had settled well, no complaints and feedback! Im truly impressed by the kind of VIP services offered by URBAN and I recommend their services to everyone looking for sale or renting of properties.

What an experience! Firstly, it eliminates a mediator which is the best part. We can go and check the place out as many times as we want!Sumaila was coordinating with us. The experience dealing with Urban in finding my new home was absolutely amazing. Booked to view the property at my convenience and visited the Apartment, unlocked the door with the app (Really Cool) and the team (Specifically Ekta and Jalal) helped me get a similar Apartment in a higher floor in the same building which wasnt listed on the app at the time.Entire process starting from viewing, payments and getting my tenancy contract was done online.Ekta from Urban is a wonderful person who made all this process very effortless for me, she was always responsive and very cooperative. Id also like to thank Rahel and Betty for helping me with the last minute tasks like moving and DEWA connection.Urban is a great way to rent a home without having the fear of shady brokers misleading with false information and pricing. I totally recommend their service and I am writing this review after dealing with them for almost 1 whole month.

My experience with Urban has been amazing. The viewing visit I had was seamless and easy, you dont need to contact the agents and trying to arrange to meet and the agent got late etc... Everything was done in the app super practical and convenient. I truly love the whole experience.On the top of that I think the team has done an amazing work with the property report that they provided to all potential tenant, i.e. I got the property report when I visit the property and so I know what is exactly broken and will be fixed and even some minor details you can see everything in the report.A big shout out to Lujain that has been super responsive and helpful, ensuring me to get the apartment I want it.
