    Great and reliable agent Sonia Chhabra despite the multiple problems and issues faced throughout my time in Marina Diamond 1.My move-in process was seamless, quick and efficiently done by agent Sonia Chhabra. She was very responsive and helpful throughout my 1-year stay in MD1.However the building condition and maintenance not great at all as I encountered multiple issues (including littering on balcony, water pipe burst, pungent smell, etc as you would expect from an old building).The move-out process was unsatisfactory as I had to vacate the apartment 2 days prior to my move out date as the maintenance team wanted extra time to fix issues before handing over to the next tenant. This was unfair and quite upsetting as maintenance should be done only after current tenant has moved out.Nonetheless, agent Sonia Chhabra is efficient, reliable and quick in solving issues/queries and deposit was refunded promptly.

    I found this unit that I liked but didnt get a good deal with the first agent I was in contact with.     I reached out to Your homes real estate through a real estate website, Haidar who was my point of contact was really helpful and took his time in showing me the property, and even negotiated the landlord for better payments to make it easier for me to rent.Although the building it self had some issues, but both Haidar and his team showed great support in ensuring I get everything needed for it to be called my home, he personally handled the landlord, support team, maintenance team (although it wasnt his job).I highly recommend working with these guys, they will go above and beyond to assist you.
