Cannot recommend Ain View enough! Shalu and Phil were amazing to deal with and so accommodating providing a travel cot and even some toys. The location of the apartment is fantastic with the beach and many cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.The apartment itself was so clean and well equipped with all you could need.

Can’t speak highly enough of the Ain View Studio. Phil and Shalu’s Airbnb truly made my parents’ stay in Dubai an amazing experience, with Mom and Dad describing it as ‘a home away from home’. It’s so comfortable, clean and couldn’t be in a better location for those who want to enjoy Dubai for its walks, cafes, beaches and amazing food and drink options. They can’t wait to come back already and will 100% will be staying at Ain View again!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Ain View studio. Even though we live in Dubai, we wanted to be closer to our wedding guests for a few days after the ceremony and the studio was perfectly situated, had everything we needed and was a fantastic base. Phil & Shalu went above and beyond with a beautiful card and bottle of bubbles and couldnt have been more helpful overall. Excellent experience, would highly recommend. Well be passing the details to any friends or family we have visiting for sure. Thanks again! ❤️

We just returned from an amazing stay in Phil and Shalus studio apartment. The apartment has a fantastic location with brilliant views. It is very well maintained and beautifully decorated.I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, it will definitely surpass your expectations.

Everything about Ain View Studio was top notch. The location, the amenities, the views, and especially the hosts. Phil and Shalu were so helpful with everything before and during our stay. We had a brilliant holiday, and a fab place to come back to in the evenings to recharge for the next day.Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Ain View studio in April. A wonderful studio apartment , just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Was super clean and had everything we needed. Lovely views from the balcony. Great hosts of a lovely location, would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay in the ❤️ of JBR with beach, bars, restaurants & tram/metro on your doorstep!The apartment was very affordable, spacious, comfortable, spotless & contained all the essentials along with a beautiful balcony view.Philiip, Shalu & Aran were exceptional hosts. Highly recommend Ain View if visiting Dubai.

Perfect apartment to stay while we explored Dubai!The apt is equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The view from the balcony is amazing with a view of the Ain. We Started and ended our days on the balcony soaking it all in.The apartment is based in the middle of JBR and it is a 4 min walk to the beach where there were lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from when we didn’t feel like cooking.We walked to the tram station which only took 5 mins which connected us to the main metro line and so we could travel to other areas in the city, or there are taxis which are cheap to use too.Overall- great location, lots to do and see and all very easy to get to.Our lovely hosts Shalu and Phil also booked up an amazing sunset yacht trip and had tons of great suggestions on places to eat, things to do, what to see, and where to shop.Would highly recommend the stay and our hosts to anyone visiting Dubai!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were so welcoming. The apartment was very spacious, super clean and very cozy.The location was perfect as we were able to walk to everything - beach, restaurant & bars.We be back again for sure!

Really comfortable and well equipped studio a short walk from the beach. Huge choice of restaurants nearby but also perfect for self catering when staying in. Gorgeous balcony views. Very helpful and friendly hosts.
