    I wanted to share my experience with Upside Living. I’d seen the pictures on Property Finder and Instagram, but it’s even more amazing in real life. I booked a studio just a day before check-in, and I was a bit worried it might feel cramped. But it turned out to be perfect—cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for anyone looking for convenience.The community hub is fantastic, with everything in one place: a cafeteria, co-working space, gym, yoga classes, and more. Francis from ALH Vacation Homes was there to greet me, and he made the check-in process so easy. He’s incredibly friendly and made sure I was settled in and comfortable.The view is incredible, and I’m so excited to spend the month here. I’m already thinking about extending my stay! Thank you for such a wonderful place—I highly recommend Upside Living to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient retreat.

    I had the best time with ALH company. The apartment was amazing and clean. The property had access to pool and gym. The location was really good located in heart of Dubai with just a couple of minutes being away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. And the best part about this experience was the company and our Amazing host, Rafiullah. He provided everything for us and was really welcoming. Such a nice hardworking gentleman. So i definitely recommend them.👌🏼

    I’ve stayed at several places in Dubai, all of which were very good! But I must say, Reef Residence was truly outstanding. The building is excellent, the pool, the gym, the owner – it’s the complete package. An amazing experience! Rafiullah service is definitely the best here.

    When we first stumbled upon this flat on , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.Rafiullah was the most thoughtful, gracious host.He helped me either to find a rental car in a great price!!He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.Pool with amazing view !Thank you for this beautiful vocation!

    I had a great two night stay at this Airbnb in Business Bay! The apartment was clean, very modern, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable trip. The location is super convenient, in the heart of the city with a lovely view. A big shoutout to Rafiullah, who made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. He was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

    Prince Rafiullah @ ALH Vacay homes is fantastic! He was at my hotel 2 hours early ready to check me in. Everything during my stay run so smoothly and stress free, once Prince checked me into my hotel room he noticed a couple of minor cleaning issues, somehow he arranged for it to be deep cleaned within 1 hour while I was out getting my shopping. Any issues or questions I had were answered in 5 minutes, Prince is super responsive and available any time of the day. Overall a fantastic agent and will certainly be using him for the future .

    This is the first time Ive encountered such a service in Dubai (here the service is only in expensive places) I was on a business trip and forgot my apartment keys, I arrived late in the evening and was very worried about how I would get into the apartment. The managers reacted quickly and helped me get into the apartment at night! I am very grateful!Rafiullah.from ALH helped me very quickly and solved my problem! He is very polite and punctual, I want to note that this is a rarity in Dubai! Thank you very much again! And also, while he was changing the lock, he organized cleaning (which I did not ask for🙈)

    The location of the house is very nice, very peaceful and very quiet. If you work from home office, this place is for you. It has a calm and peaceful environment.     We spent just under a week in the apartment and can only recommend it.Great location, everything is close by.Good restaurants, food markets and water sports. Directly on the JBR Walk.There is a private beach and pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.Cabs are available not far from the apartment and the metro and Dubai Marina are also within walking distance.The communication with the agency ALH Vacay was very pleasant, Francis was a great host, he made a great job.We were allowed to stay a few hours longer in the apartment as our flight was late. Check-out via a key safe.Many thanks for everything, we would love to come back.

    Excellent apartments for a family, well located, close to the sea. The only small negative is that there is no sea view.     Me and my friends had a great time! The place is great with a beautiful view to the marina. It was very easy to access the Marina Walk directly from the building where you can find nice restaurants with friendly people everywhere.The JBR beach area is also just a a short walk away.From the beginning Rafiullah was taking good care of us. Since I am in a wheelchair I had some special requests and Raf was just without even a question magically taking care of everything and just made it happen. They were open to negotiate about the price, helped to organize cleaning service, helped with documents, etc.4) good maintenance team. They helped to fix issues with shower, with AC. Actually if you have emergency they come fast and really try to help.Of course during the stay we had issues like leaking AC or noisy neighbours but the ALH Vacation team did their best to solve them.To sum up - this is a good agency with high quality apartments, fair prices and good service.

    So my mother and I had to find a place to stay for three weeks after her spinal cord surgery in October and after looking at a few places within the neighborhood I decided on a two bedroom apartment at Maya 1 Tower from Ebony. Im from Nigeria and unfamiliar with Dubai and getting around so naturally I was very cautious of everything, but once I moved all our belongings from Oud Metha to JVT and I sat in the parlor after a terribly long day I knew I had picked the right place. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Raf with the basic facilities, Torbit and his colleagues at the reception with welcoming cheers. These made my mothers recovery quicker as she had extra support. I thoroughly enjoyed using the gym but my one regret is wishing I had used the pool, thats on my to do list when I come for a proper holiday in Dubai soon.
