I had an amazing stay at this apartment right in the heart of the Marina, Dubai! The location couldn’t have been better, offering stunning views of the lake that made every morning feel like a treat. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had fantastic facilities—everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Arabian Holidays were incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when I needed a late check-out, which made the whole experience even better. On top of all that, the place was spotless and very well-maintained. Highly recommended and definitely coming back to stay here!

I had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Emaar Beachfront! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had breathtaking views of both the Palm and the Marina. I especially loved relaxing at the infinity pool overlooking Palm Jumeirah — absolutely stunning.Shabahir was an incredible host — super helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. He even kindly offered us a free late check-out, which we really appreciated.Thank you so much! This unit will definitely be my first choice for future visits to Dubai.

The property is better than it looks in the photos here. Absolutely stunning views of the sea from the apartment living area and both the bedrooms. Very spacious. Mr Mike was always available and very cooperative throughout the stay.i stayed here for 6 nights and jist couldnt get enough. Will definitely come here again.

The property I stayed at was the best in Dubai- calm, peaceful, fast wifi and clean amenities, with amazing beachfront access. My host Mike, took especially good care of me. I had an amazing stay at Standpoint tower B, downtown]! The place itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the incredible hospitality of ShabahirDespite my late check-in, Shabahir remained extremely patient and accommodating, ensuring I settled in without any stress. The property was as described in very good condition and well furnished. It got off to a rocky start to the stay, as the property I had booked was not ready and they arranged alternative accommodation at the last minute; sending me messages whilst I was on the plane. However the five stars is for their response to the issues and their availability to assist when things needed sorting. Jade one of the managers, was absolutely fantastic and I am definitely going to book again for that fact. Events did not run smoothly to start as things sometimes do, but to be helpful and fix issues, they were super!

The unit is amazing.. all what you need is available. They took a good care of all the details. It exceeded my expectation. I originally booked 4 nights because I always like to change locations during the vacation, but because I liked it so much I extended for 4 more nights. Great place to stay. Very secure building and the apartment is well furnished. Apartment is newly set up with a good view from the balcony. Ambient, furniture and interior designing is well set to calm your mind. Great place to stay for the holiday as well as on business stays. Building contains all the amenities. Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Partial Sea View in Dubai Marina. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is also small convience store close by if you need anything. Is a great location between Palm and Downtown. Mike was a great host, is helpful, checks in with you and is available when you need him. I highly reccommend this apartment if staying in Dubai.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this apartment. The management team is excellent. Mike is amazing and very attentive. The apartment is on high floor of Tower 2 overlooking Palm Jumeirah and great view of the Atlantis. The area is quiet and serene. You have direct access to the private beach. There is a pharmacy nearby as are two coffee shops. Parking g is provided in the secured garage and the building is protected by security apparatus 24/7. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the management team.

Thanks for staying in Dubai! The apartment was amazing, had everything you needed and even more. Balcony overlooking the bay, parking card, access to the gym and pool, contactless check-in. Thanks for your help Mike. The location is very convenient, there is a tram stop nearby, and the Dubai Marina embankment is within walking distance. Of the minuses when checking in - we arrived at 14:00 and when checking in at the stated 15:00 we had to wait at the door for cleaning to finish until 15:30.
