We stayed 9 days at this hotel. First room (we booked at 3 am.) was small and lousy BUT next day we get very nice room, big and light room whit balcony (we booked that early). Hotel was clean and suitable for as (3 adult one teen). Terrace roof pool was nice and clean BUT it was 3 days closed !!!???.Deck chairs was in a miserable condition !!!. Location was functional (subway station etc.).Staff was courteous and obliging. Price-quality ratio was OK. Somewhere at web sites are description hotels kitchen and continental breakfast etc. BUT kitchen was unfinished and i thought i heard it be complete at 2 month.

Thank you for the hottest roomThis Hotel having world biggest AC but there is some disadvantages if you have any problem in air conditioner we need 15 days to check what is the problem and we need another 15 days to fix the problem in ACThat much bigger AC we have in this hotelI am waiting last 15 days I think its take another 15 days to fix it👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Now they fixed the AC problem I have complained about the AC onlyNow everything fine

Not a bad apartment hotel. Well located close to Mall of Emirates. Rooms well presented clean and spacious. Rooftop pool not great though no shaded areas, few loungers and broken sun canopies.

Its hotel apartment you cant expect the same facilities and services just like a regular hotel. But room is too spacious than a standard room in hotel so even 4 peopel can stay. We use the studio deluxe there is 1 master br, 1 small room with 2 single bed inside, kitchen is nice to used, you can eat comfortable, big living room and the balcony ia nice to standby. The room with breakfast is not foos to recommend only ots a regular breakfast only you can buy at the grocery outside and have your own toasted bread ans coffee instead. Their is electric kettle, bread toster, microwave, washing machine and big refrigerator. Its just lang a studiio apartment. The reception were considerate too. The were open to their guests. The location is accessible near to metro station groceries restaurants and mall 1 metro station stop only ang youll be in Mall of Emirates.

The rooms are really nice and big. The location of this hotel is good, Mall of Emirates is really close to it. The service is decent.

For us is good, we are with my husband and my baby, we rented for 15 days, price-quality good, near to Sharaf DG Metro station, they clean every day, we have a studio with kitchen and wash machine.. Ill come back.

A beautiful place and a reasonable price. The rooms are tidy and clean, but they lack room requirements and needs, such as tea and water. The service is considered good. The location is very, very nice. There is no sugar and there is no guide, but I recommend it👌

We were satisfied, the accommodation was sufficient, clean... For very reasonable money. On the top of the building there is a swimming pool with a bar, on the ground floor there is food. Close to the center and everything necessary around and especially close. For the money, it is certainly adequate accommodation.
