After several disappointing experiences with short-term rental companies/agents in Dubai, we have finally had a very professional encounter with BetterStay. Jack and Richard were responsive and made sure to follow our requests. When we complained about cleanliness, they immediately reacted and sent their team to deep clean. All minor maintenance issues were fixed within the same day! Best experience with short-term rentals ever; I can highly recommend their service. Thank you, Jack and Richard, for your efforts. -

I have a very positive experience with Betterhomes. I’ve stayed in two of their apartments in the last two months.Their website is nice. The listings for both places that I’ve stayed were very accurate. I am also very satisfied with the quality of Betterhomes’ apartments, I feel like the are doing a good job of selecting the best apartments for their stock.I’ve had good time communicating with my agent Aldaine, he helped me through the whole process: from the point I contacted Betterhomes by email, up till recently, when he helped me to find a great alternative apartment, when I had to move from my first one. He was polite, punctual and helping.Good work, Betterhomes! -
