Hammad was very helpful with this listing, I had a number of complications with checking in. Not only did he show up to the listing himself but he guided me step by step through solutions. Aside from being there to help with any complications he had a very good attitude with my constant struggles. This is the best acommodation I have ever been to! There is a million dollar room view from the 26th floor, the room is huge and extremely bright, with a terace along entire apartment. It offers an infinity pool and several amazing beaches. I would recommend it to everyone and will definitely return. Special thanks to Junaiad Ahmad from the stuff, who responded any question within minutes, very friendly.

I stayed at Sarai Apartments by Fäm Lving in Palm Jumeirah. It was one of the best stays in my life. The 1 bedroom is apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with the most modern household appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, big refrigerator with big freezer, hair dryer, and a large modern TV with Smart TV functionality.In addition to that, the Sarai Apartments place is quiet and is perfect for tranquil vacation experience. The view from the apartment is an eye candy (the sea, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa can be seen from the balcony), and beautiful birds singing is a great soundtrack of the stay at Sarai Apartments by Fäm living. The private beach is a couple of steps from the building, Dubai Marina and Atlantis the Palm can be seen from the beach. And the sunsets on the beach are to die for.The nearest public transport is near Atlantis the Palm which is 30 mins walk from the place, or 3-5 minutes by taxi (costs 12 AED). Food delivery by Talabat or Deliveroo is quick and convenient. The manager of fäm Living Sarai Apartments mr. Sufian is hospitable and customer oriented: he responds quickly on WhatsApp and can come quickly if you need any help. Mr. Sufian organized our checkin and checkout very smoothly and hassle free.I hope I will have a chance to stay at Sarai Apartments by fäm Living once more.

So glad I found this property. Its really value for money. Good option for accommodation if you have dining plans away from the hotel restaurant (after all theres so many choices at the Palm). Very good size and layout. Two full bath for 2-BR apt. Would be great is theres shower curtain on all bathrooms (tub). Fitted with essential appliances (theres no pots and pans though). Easy check-in and check out.

The apartment (Shams 1, JBR) on the 34th floor is very spacious, well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. Spectacular view! The location of the building (Shams 1) is perfect, close to the beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants. Close to tram and connection to metro. The essentials are available 24 hours a day in the shop near the entrance door.Many thanks to Renie from fäm living for the support. Cant say from where to start, The building was good, the apartment was nice and spacious. But but but, The Dashing Gentleman Mr. saajan was the one who made us feel comfortable like home. He assisted us with pure kindness and generosity. Only have 1 request, as the first night we had a miscommunication with the company about our arrival and we missed it and had book a hotel. Please consider my request to either refund or make a Voucher for the 1 night price as i will be definitely coming to stay with fämliving. Please try to consider my request.

We stayed in a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with a private pool which was absolutely amazing. The whole place is immaculate, the apartment was so big and had so many bathrooms which was great for us as a big family. The staff were extremely helpful especially Chahana who went above and beyond to assist us. Excellent location just a few minutes from the Atlantis. Cant recommend enough will definitely be back the next time we visit Dubai.

Location of RP heights was very good and i had a pleasant stay with my cousins. the staff service saajan and ameer was amazing and they are very helpful. the only thing i didn’t like was the parking not available in the building and i had to pay for parking 600 to move n pick. also if you can include housekeeping service during the stay it will be more helpful. however, will come back again but will try different properties.

This stay was really different from any other I had in Dubai, the sustainable homes in The Sustainable City was one of a kind.The room had literally everything I needed to feel like home, the ambience was very calm and soothing, the City has really nice activities that will fit all the family, it was really a memorable stay.Unfortunately no swimming pool and instead of smoking rooms you may use the massive balconies or outdoor terrace which every room has, so it was as close to perfect as it can be.Will definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous experience with Fam living. They were easy and quick to correspond with. They catered to our requests for a drying rack and chopping board the very next day. The apartment we got was an upgrade from the one we chose, and it was gorgeous, we were the first in and it was spotless, TV, AC, etc all worked beautifully. The apartment is tastefully furnished, has full Ikea kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was spectacular, with views over the Harbour towards the marina skyline. All the building staff were professional, kind and accommodating. I was concerned about the high deposit rate, but someone came to check all was in order on our departure and it was voided the next day. Thank you Famliving for a truly memorable Dubai experience .

Hello. Im Andrei from România. Sarai apartments was a perfect accomodation. I stayed, together with my family, at Sarai apartments, and it was a perfect experience for us. The apartment was big, spacious, the view towards Atlantis was magnificent, the pool was very big, clean and warm, the beach was 10 meters from the hotel, overall, the facility was great, and assistance from famliving was great, especially from Nour. Definitely will repeat the experience.
