This was one of the best Dubai experiences Ive had. The apartment itself was a treat amongst the other attractions in its vicinity.It is a couple of feet away from the metro station which makes traveling very convenient and you can easily find a convince store right below.But lets talk more about the apartment. The views are stunning, the bed is cosy, all the amenities are provided (like youre at home) and the apartment is beautiful!The host, Schahin, is also a very warm welcoming person and was very helpful, generous and kind to us during our stay. Thank you for having us Schahin :)

This is an amazing place. Really spacious, with a stunning view of part of the bay. It looks gorgeous during the day and its a killer view view during the night. The host - owner Schahin is super professional, very communicative and incredibly helpful. Responds really fast to any needs, helped us out beyond normal care. The apartment was super clean, had everything that was needed for a longer stay. The swimming pools are right next to the building, the grocery store with really good prices is also 30 sec from the building. The building is almost near the beach. You can find Starbucks 2 min away. Really superb location. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. One of our best experiences ever. Really recommend this full heartedly!

We stayed for 8 nights. The apt was exactly the same as tge photoes, clean, spacious and located in a great location. The hosts were really polite, supportive and friendly. It is strongly recommonded .Thanks .

We had an apartment high up on the 62nd floor for our honeymoon (we stayed in Dubai for a week)Let me start off by saying the hosts were incredible; they answered all our questions and supported us throughout our trip. They were always one message away on whatsapp!The apartment was clean spacious and had everything we needed for accommodation in the marina, the instructions from the hosts were very clear and there are labels throughout the flat with instructions.The highlight was the view; trust me guys - this is not a sales pitch; we were skeptical as many claim they have great views and dint deliver - this balcony view of the palm and marina was truly stunning especially in the evening.You are always 15 minutes away from most of Dubai’s main attractions very convenient apartment and ubers are everywhere!some tips -- Remember this is not a hotel service so you would need to be a little self sufficient but thats easy as they provide you with full cooking facilities, iron dishwasher etc like your own flat.- Becareful of Dubai rush hour times when ordering an Uber take account of traffic for your tourist visit.Very memorable and unforgettable trip, host Schahin and Cheyma will look after you like you are family there is a whatsapp group for any questions and support!!

Very good apartment, all that you want and need, very clean, near to the beach, aprox. 5 min, shops 24/7 around. The owner Schahin is very helpful and lives on the same floor as the rented apartment.I recommend and we will come back because we felt at home. We didnt miss anything.

We stayed in one of the apartments of La Buena Vida Holiday homes. It was located in best location of JBR. This place was absolutely excellent. It was in a great location, right in the centre of JBR with so many services and amenities around. It’s so central. The host was so friendly and accommodating. He was quick to respond when I text him and very facilitating, he let us stay longer on our last day to chill before getting our flight later in the evening. The accommodation was so spacious also, lots of room for a group of 11. Perfect location and great host - would really recommend this place

We booked the place for 6 people in the summer and it was a blessing to encounter this listing. We had a comfortable week of holiday despite the blazing temperatures. To begin with, the owners were very accommodating and were only a chat away if we had any concerns. The place was neat and tidy, with towels and complimentary toiletries. We were also very much pleased with the location as it is only a few minutes walk to DMCC Metro. This saved us from the summer Dubai heat. The facilities were astounding- with a pool, sauna, gym facilities. We were even allowed to do our laundry and even prepare home-made meals as utensils were provided, along with water dispenser, cooking equipment and a refrigerator. To top it off, the view of the place was spectacular. I would highly recommend booking this place at any given time of the year.

Great location directly on the Marina pathway, a few minutes walk from the Beach and JBR and the view looking into the Marina is awesome. Schahin and his team are very responsive and easy to deal with. Thank you for being a great host. Looking forward to coming back.

We had an incredible two-night, three-day stay here. The breathtaking view, coupled with its ideal location near Dubai Marina, made our experience unforgettable. Communication with the owner was effortless, and all our requests were promptly met. The convenience of having restaurants and shops within walking distance added to the enjoyment of our trip. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we cant wait to return.

Amazing stay here for 7 weeks. The accommodation was great with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Everything that it said it would be and more. Great location and communication with hosts has been great. Response time always so quick.We will stay here again in future for sure.

We rented a 5 bedroom apartment at jbr. The stay was great. An additional parking spot was made available at additional cost, which was reasonable. The location is ideal. It was a little difficult go find the apartment and figure out exit to the parking.

Me my friends had a great stay in the apartment in shams 2. the apartment is super large and enough for a group of even 10-12 people. Everything was great. The apartment was sparkling clean and we had high speed internet, NetFlix and even working desk which was important to me. Location was absolutely amazing, near to beach and Marina and Bla Bla Bar and many more interesting place. Highly recommended.

Apartment 6202It is difficult to find the right words for this object: spectacular, overwhelming, fascinating... these 16 days will definitely be unforgettable for us. The view from the living room and bedroom on the 62nd floor (Burj Kalifa, Burj al Arab, Atlantis) day and night is hard to beat. Great beds, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TV (Netflix). In front of the door there is a very well-stocked supermarket, 2 pharmacies and a tram station. 10 min to JBR, 5 min to change to METRO (EXPO 2020, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future). Taxi always at the front door. Pool, fitness, sauna (4th floor) great. 5 min walk to Barasti Beach. Apartment 6202 is “the” location to enjoy. Schahin organizes perfectly and deserves our special praise for the impeccable and extremely personal and friendly support. It doesnt get any better!

We had a lovely week in Dubai in an apartment for 12 people at La Buena Vida Holidays Homes. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, in an excellent location near the beach, 24/7 shops, tram, metro and taxi stands. 2 swimming pools available. Although we were a family of 12, aged 14-70, we all enjoyed it very much. And that is mainly thanks to dear Mr. Schahin, who was always, immediately and helpful with everything. We would all love to come back again.

A unique experience really I recommend this house with closed eyes the hosts are exceptional very welcoming responsive and reachable at any time we stayed in a very clean residence quiet and super pretty in a very secure place and super well placed we were received by Sinette a super host nothing to say very kind and in addition she speaks French really go there with your eyes closed it deserves more than 5 stars the house was fully equipped super clean a real palace👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
