We had a fantastic stay at Botanica in the Marina. Excellent location . Really nice apartment. Beautiful and bright with fantastic views. We arrived late in Dubai , however one of the team (Munawar) waited for us at the apartment. It was early hours when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this apartment and most definitely use again . I have family in Dubai and have stayed in many places , this by far was the best and very affordable. 10/10. Well done Premium stays !👏🏼👏🏼 pool and gym also very clean

I recently stayed at an apartment in downtown Dubai, right in front of the iconic Burj Khalifa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to top attractions like Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly especially “Munawar” was helpful, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for both tourists and business travelers, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Dubai!

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a full Burj Khalifa view. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making my experience even better. The price is definitely worth it for the quality and comfort provided. I will be recommending Premium Stats Vacation homes to our friends.Thank you so much to the staff for making my stay memorable!

Booked a room for three nights in Burj vista with them Totally worth it. Awesome Location and Breath taking Burj khalifa view, Super clean apartment, Their customer service is impeccable. I have nothing but praises for their service because I honestly left more relaxed than Id arrived. At all times I felt like a valued guest. Highly recommended to everyone..
