Certainly Modern and Luxuary , I moved to 1 Residence east tower last month and so far it feel very motivating with living in the middle of city .Apartment lay out is very nice , View is fablous and amazing building facilties and working staff .Before moving her I got confused with the comments that i saw on this building and i saw there was some comments about water leakage and windows sounds but so far Im very happy that I moved her and planning to buy in the future as location is very centeral and close to everything .Also the gym and the sky. trac on the roof top is another level WOOWGood For residence

I was shocked with bad reviews that was posted until I moved to this building four months ago and I’m super happy with the location and building facilities especially the sky Trac , Huge gym and swimming pool plus the amazing view from the balcony towards Dubai skyline and Dubai frame and there was a problem with window cracking but Wasl came and fix it straight way . Highly recommended

The community has increased the maintenance and have addressed all concerns that come with a brand new building. The people are nice in the area, the metro is at our doorstep and location location location.

Perfect location with amazing views over Dubai skyline . We moved here 4 month ago and we havent faced any problems and we are very happy here .I Recommend it
