Our stay in the apartment in Dubai for 16 days was truly exceptional! The location was perfect – only a 10-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Communication with the host was excellent, and we always received quick responses to any questions we had.The cleaning service was top-notch – very professional and thorough. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window of the Burj Khalifa and the Gulf was absolutely breathtaking! It was such a pleasure to wake up to that view every day.The only downside (though it’s pretty much inevitable in such a fast-growing city) was the construction site across the building, which brought some noise. However, you have to expect this when traveling to Dubai – a city that never sleeps and has been growing 24/7 for many years. Despite that, our overall experience in this apartment was fantastic, and we would definitely stay there again!

New management company took over, problems mentioned are from the past, building Internet has been upgraded to fiber optic and the fire alarm has been sorted.

We stayed here for a month at 151 Residences Al Satwa. We made the reservation through KeysPlease. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and had plenty of furniture and appliances, everything necessary for comfortable living.But most importantly, the attitude of the KeysPlease staff was incredible! They were all understanding and accommodating, always willing to help solve any problems. They were very responsive and friendly. They all had a great rapport with each other, as well as with the security and management. Their main goal was to ensure that the residents had a comfortable stay! Thank you!

Lovely views. Corridors are clean. Comfortable and Satwa is a great location. Very helpful employees especially Neeraj who went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Pool is nice and the building has a gym too. Generous balcony and really efficient kitchen. Glorious views from all sides!!!

Clean apartment, peaceful area, nice view from the balcony. Also world trade centre metro station is only 10 mins walking distance from the residence.

I stayed for a week and the truth is that I dont understand the other comments 😅😅 because the stay was perfect and not at all expensive given that you are in Dubai hahaha

There are no questions about the house and apartments - everything is fine. But the price is very high, unjustifiably. The main problem in the area is construction all around, a lot of garbage, there is nowhere to walk, there are no normal cafes nearby, the supermarket takes 10-15 minutes to walk along sand and roads without sidewalks.
