The name of the building is is absolutely correct 21st century tower coz you wouldnt make this kind of structure back in 20th centuryWorld class design in dubai,s phenomenal skyscraper skyline.

Amazing refurbished building with good facilities. Next to metro station and DIFC. Spectacular for Burj Khalifa , SZR and SEA.

Stayed in this building for the past 4.5 years. Had great memories here with the family, and sad to leave.Burj view is amazing. Maintenance is attentive and reliable, and so is security. For as long as you have the resident gate pass, there should be no issue with getting in the building. They have been strict with this policy, to safeguard the residents. Even if we have been long term residents, and we forget the gate pass, well still get asked or reminded of the policy, which we didnt mind.The management of AWR has been very accommodating as well with all queries and requests sent by email.

I am staying from last one month in this 21st century towerI never feel any bad experienceAll the people are very good and for staying its an amazing pool,gym and my room was very nice with good view sheikh zayed roadI am very happy staying in this building 🎉

21st Century Tower is a fantastic building, located right in the heart of DIFC next to the metro centre. The building is well maintained with a beautiful pool and gym. It is a lovely mix of families and DIFC professionals who live there. The Security team do an excellent job to keep the building safe. Contrary to other comments, I feel they should rightly ask questions to visitors who do not live there to maintain control of who enters and exits the building. AWR are a reputable company and I would not want to rent with anybody else!

Amazing views of Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road & Sea from Apartment 7 of each Floor. Spacious Rooftop Swimming pool. Next to DIFC Metro Station. Market at walking distance. Quick responsive maintenance & services. Very cooperative staff.

AWR’s 21st Century Tower is located at the heart of the city and has very easy access everywhere from here.The Building is well Maintained and apartments are very spacious along with superb viewThe receptionist people are very friendly and very quick response from the supportive team for our all needful ( Special Mention Mr. Nazeer )And they are providing the preventive maintenance service as per their schedule on time without any delay.

Nice Place to Live In but the Nearby Grocery Store Quite Expensive even Carefour too because its just a Ministore. But the Best Part is, it is Adjacent to Financial Center Metro Station.
