Very good apartment it has a penthouse a park and it has pool, table tennis (or ping pong) and foosball also has indoor swimming pool at P4 and a outdoor swimming pool also one for little kids same floor P4 recommend coming here. 🤩

One of the Tallest Buildings in Dubai Marina and Whole City of Dubai ,Pets are Allowed , they Have the Fastest Elevator you Will ever See in Seconds you will be at level 50 , Inner Swimming Pool and outside Swimming Pool , Garden , Kids Play Ground , and dont Forget the Swimming Pool on level 60 , Security Men are Friendly and Always Eyes Open , In general I would Give that an Absolute 4 Stars to the Solider Management .

The duplex apartment 03 on the 74th floor is very wonderful and has a beautiful view. The balcony is very nice and the apartment is equipped with electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. The bad thing about it is the smell of the furniture, which is not nice.
