    Very central at downtown Dubai. Lots of restaurant nearby at walking distance. Grocery store is just at i front of reception.You can also see Burj Khalifa from some rooms and drop off area in front of reception.I booked this place for 3 days. The room was at 26th floor. It had a kitchen for cooking and a balcony with stunning view of Dubai downtown 😍

    I booked this place through the queens estate vacation home LCC for my family for a weekEverything was perfect the place the cleanse, people I even checked in 6 hours before the agreement time for free.The wifi signal was not working one day after midnight I contacted the support team and they solved it within an hourHighly recommended place. ❤️❤️

    I stayed in an studio apartment, one room, living hall, kitchen, and balcony. The location and balcony view is awesome, straight towards Burj Khalifah and the fountain. The apartment is clean and tidy. However, there was no room service as per the policy, no complementary coffee or tea, and no luggage concierge.

    For short term stay, can consisted here. It is considerably near Downtown and within waking distance to the famous fountain. Security is good except theres no visitor parking. Each resident is given an alloted carpark lot. Theres a mini mart opposite the Condominium.

    Fantastic accommodation with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. In a few minutes you can reach the Dubai Opera and the Dubai Mall can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes, depending on the location. The apartment is spacious, good WiFi, comfortable bed, very friendly reception at check-in and check-out and helpful in all matters. Very nice stay.

    It is a residential complex with beautiful apartments, located in an upscale location. You can walk to the fountains and Dubai Mall, but it is between the buildings, meaning it is not a direct road. For those who are interested in the kitchen, their shame is that they do not provide complete equipment.. Quiet, safe, and helpful. I thank sister Amal, who met our requests and served us to the fullest.

    Excellent location, new complex, underground parking. Our apartment had everything we needed for life, the owners did their best. View from the windows of the tallest building in the world! (This view is not from all apartments in the building). Singing fountains and the Dubai Mall and metro are within walking distance. The staff speaks only English.
