    Lived here for almost 3 years. Maintenance is always a problem. Water leakages, A/C issues etc. And property management is never helpful. But still it is a very family oriented compound with good amenities.

    The best building within all of Ghoroob. Has the best tenants as well. Its even in the right location. Close to the basketball 🏀 court, football ⚽️ court, swimming 🏊‍♂️pool and even the most interesting park of Ghoroob. Its only a little far from the community centre and Carrefour.
