    Around 6 months back I had visited 4 Direction building. My cousin was living there in 1 bedroom apartment. They had some construction work in the building. Anyways I had plans to move in October 2019. I had seen there 2 bedroom apartment. The size was very good especially the master bedroom. We could easily fit the master beds along with baby cot but due to ongoing construction, we avoided. 2 weeks back I followed up again and visited the building. The work was completed and things looked in shape. Only issue I had was that I wanted an apartment on the higher floor which was not available so we had to take one on lower floor which I now feel is better as it has reduced the lift waiting time and sometimes when alone can even take the stairs.

    I am the resident in this building from such a longer period. Apparently I will advise new tenants specially those are searching or planning for changing apartments. This is the best building in entire Dubailand area in terms of quality, services and management. I never had any such complications but yes whatever was my query were always resolved within 24 hours. Apartment quality is unmatched in the area along with extra cleanliness in the compound & neighborhood. It’s 100% advisable to see the features of 4Directions before making any decisions.     A year back when I was searching for apartments in Dubai land area I literally went inside most of the buildings. I finalized this one because of the quality and facilities they provide. Now we have renewed knowing after our 1 year is that their maintenance and security team is very efficient. We are extremely happy and feel safe for our little one that the security team is always watch full of all the kids..
