We love 5242 so much and have seen a huge improvement in its popularity since opening the new exit. We couldn’t resist leaving a review to show people what a great tower it really is!The modern design is sleek, stylish, and contemporary, with large open windows that let in tons of natural light and the apartments are rather spacious too! The views from the apartments are breathtaking, offering a rare combination of both sea and marina views, which is incredibly hard to find.The location is perfect, with easy access to the main roads thanks to the newly opened exit, making commuting a breeze. The building itself is impeccably well-maintained, from the beautiful lobby to the top-notch facilities. The sense of community here is fantastic; the residents are friendly, and theres a great atmosphere in the building.One of our favorite things is that its just a short walk to the JBR beach. 5242 Towers is an amazing place to live or invest in, combining luxury, convenience, and an unbeatable location! We highly recommend!

Best building of dubai marina , Direct exit and entry from SZR . This is the best place to live Dubai you can enjoy marina living without any traffic outstanding views , palm JBR and burj al Arab as well as bluewater islands dubai eye and all NYE fireworks right from your balcony.. if you are lucky try to view 03 layout of tower 1 .. truly amazing place ….Amenities are good but kids sports area is missing though building management is saying they are working on making a Tennis court..Swimming pool and gym is greatReception is beautiful, visitor parking is limited

Can’t imagine there is any tower to match this in luxury living . INDOORS facilities & Outdoors spoiling you and offering a holiday living every day . All visiting friends and family absolutely love it . There is spaces fully safely equipped for children play areas , the Gym is not hidden in darkness but overlooking , from every corner , blue waters iconic Dubai eye , the lively blue water canal, and equally the swimming pool area is refreshing for the soul . The whole entrance defies the finest five stars top luxury hotels , adding a cosy area to work or meeting friends, there is also huge living space where or my daughter work , w cooking and coffee making facilities . My flat has stunning views over the canal , the general areas are always kept perfectly maintained and clean . I am blessed to be here .

The best building in Dubai Marina by far for residents. You skip all traffic. Dedicated entrance from Bluewaters bridge and an exit to Sheikh Zayed Road just under the building. Very nice views of Ain Dubai, JBR, Skydive Dubai, Jebel Ali coast. 20 minute walking distance to Marina mall, JBR, and Bluewaters. Very convenient with Carrefour Market at ground floor of Marina Promenade and a lot of shops nearby with bikes and scooters available under the building.

The exit was improved so all the reviews about the traffic jam are outdated. Apartments are fantastic, ideal for a second home. Spacious parking in the basement. Pool is on a small side, but the beach is 10min walk. WALK. Which is a unique thing in a city where you have to drive everywhere. Marina promenade is on a doorstep, fantastic for an evening stroll. Plenty of neighbours are out with their kids on a bicycles after temps are cooler. Marina Mall is 15min. The view never gets old!

Well located at the end of Dubai Marina. Great layouts with amazing views. One disadvantage is way out to the city, which sometime takes more time, but is manageble.Update: there is direct exit to SZR.

I stayed in one of the apartments from Waves Holiday Home.Vuk made my holiday unforgettable.Amazing hospitality from his side.The apartment is well designed with boho style decor.Very well equipped with all facilities.I love the direct sea view 😍 which is so relaxing.The building facilities are perfect.Location is very good directly on Marina walk and just 5minutes to the Jbr walk and beach.I highly recommend this location.

I booked this two bedroom apartment through AirBnB. It was great staying there for about 650 AED per night it was a good deal. However, the access in n out was difficult. Also, the tower was close to Dubai electrical power plant and it was noisy.

Amazing Experience living there, its away from Marina traffic but in the Marina towards 31 exit blue waters. Super views and well maintained common areas. Also the building opens to Marina Promenade where one can see Dubai Eye and walk to Blue waters bridge. Would love to live here in future

Two 34 floor towers for residents and guests.There is a nice view on dubai Marina and the address.We enjoyed the pool where people meet (with lifeguard) and kids pool in the shade (0.5m deep)All the buildings offer security the whole time.I like the bright lobby which is always good climated. Also there is a lobby to wait and surf and have some smaller businesses meetings.Also there is a gym and and children area.We enjoyed our vacation.The only thing is that you are the other side of the river which is always a Uber 10 min wait and a long walk. For families with strollers difficult.Als lime scooter is out of the allowed range.

Since the new exit has come online this is the best connected building to SZR in the Marina. In and out is a breeze. The walkability to JBR is also excellent and the new pathway to Bluewaters that is under construction will add another string to 5242s bow.

The tower has exclusive entrance on the blue watrer bridge and easy new exit taks you to Shk Zayed Road in few minutes.

Pros: Bulding quality and amenities are greatCons: It is easy to get in via a convenient Bluewaters highway exit, but impossible to get out without getting stuck in traffic, which during rush hour would mean 40-60 mins of wasted time. I dont understand why there was not a decision to make an exit back to Bluewaters highway and instead residents have to exit to the notoriously congested area in Marina.__________________________UPDATE:The issue with exit has been fixed and no longer relevant. Changed the rating to 5 stars.

Excellent entry access and with recent completion of direct exit to highway 11 this is one of the best, if not the best, connected buildings in Marina. The ground floor opens to famous Marina promenade. The building ground floor also has Carrefour market and pharmacy

Phenomenal building. The pool and gym has an absolutely awesome view of the marina. The lobby and amenities are very luxurious.Exiting the building and getting back on the highway use to be a major issue but that’s now been fixed - it know takes a few minutes to get right on to sheikh Zayed roadAlso another huge positive is that their is a Carrefour right on the ground floor

Brand new and the best hotel apartment in Dubai Marina. The swimming pool is about 20-25 metres. Great view. Gym is also spacious and has enough weights machines and other facilities. Theres a play room for kids too. Love it that you can connect to their Wi-Fi. 20 minute walk to Marina Mall along the Marina promenade. Probably 10 min walk to the metro station. We drove. So do check google maps for the traffic situation. Definitely a place to stay for a holiday when we come to Dubai again. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. The rental owner was not available. He only contacted him and did not respond much to our calls. There is no cleaning service, but the place and the apartment are worth repeating, and everything is available in it, including appliances and accessories.
