Amazing location, just a short walk to Dubai Mall and right on Emaar Boulevard. I love 8 Boulevard Walk by Emaar because the one bed units are spacious compared to newer constructions, where a one-bed feels more like a studio. Despite being few years old, the facade was renovated last year. The building offers lots amenities: 24-hour Supermarket, nail and hair salon, and pharmacy. Perfect for single professionals for its location in downtown, or single mums as there is a nursery right in the building! Highly recommended! 💖

My family spent two years in this wonderful place and I had a blast living in this apartment with so many facilities. First of all, this was the first residential tower in downtown Dubai, located in Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. This building has an entry and exit on both the sides of the apartment, reception area, guest waiting room, pharmacy, Ladies and Gents saloon, 24 hour Supermarket and a dry cleaner in the first floor. Also has a multilevel car park since this is a 35 storey tower with about 6 elevators. Also this apartment has facilities such as Business center, swimming pool, gym, community hall, games room, mini theatre, steam room, etc. etc. Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, downtown metro station, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera and several restaurants and cafes are at walkable distance from this building.

8 Boulevard Walk by Emaar is in an awesome spot, just a quick walk to Dubai Mall and right on Emaar Boulevard. The one-bed units are roomy compared to newer places that feel like studios. Even though the building is a bit older, the facade got a fresh update last year, so it feels brand new and the common areas have been also upgraded. It has great amenities: a 24-hour supermarket, barber shop , and a pharmacy. Grea for single professionals and families alike. Definitely recommend it!

Great location but there’s a moldy smell in the whole building and the concierge is a bit rude and unfriendly. The pool is very nice and big.

I have a 1 bed Apartment in this building, I think its one of the best layouts in downtown, Emaar will need to do something around the place to match up to the downtown standards, the location is fantastic, even though its a old building Emaar has done a fantastic job, recently part of the building was jolted with fire and I have to give full marks to Emaar the way they have handled the situations, from giving free alternative accommodation, to transportation to moving furnitures, the list goes on. This is the benefits of having investments with a reputable builders like Emaar, thank you to the management of Emaar and all the people involved. I have a beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea, fresh air and a beautiful landscape of the city, Thank you Dubai thank you Emaar

Nice and super convenient location , good maintenance, very clean. Grocery shops just at the ground floor, reception guys very friendly and helpful. Great place to live.
