Lived 2 years in AA Tower. Nice place, good management, beautiful views. The maintenance team with their boss Sef is very helpful and quick to react - from bringing a ladder to fixing an issue.

This has the best view of the entire Dubai, great location, and accessible to everything. The facilities are much more amazing: the gym, cinema hall, and the pool. Huge thanks to the building management for efficient service!

The management team was incredibly supportive, especially Mr. Francis and Saif-Ur-Rehman Pasha, who went above and beyond to resolve every single issue I faced—whether it was related to my apartment or other maintenance matters. Their professionalism and attentiveness were unmatched.The security at A Tower is outstanding, particularly for single women, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. If it weren’t for the rent increase, I would never have left this fantastic place to live. Highly recommend A Tower to anyone looking for a well-managed and secure community!

A very nice tower, very good services and the security is good, the location is amazing as everything you need is in 10 min walk. The only problem is the parking as we need to go 7 levels up to park!🥺that is the pool 🏊‍♀️

Lived in this building on the 26th floor for 3 years and had a lovely time. The team is great and very responsive. Francis and Saif took care of us really well and were very supportive throughout. Will recommend to anyone looking for clean new apartments

I have been a resident of this building, and my experience has been more that what i expected from the management and the team members . Everything i need is here, and it is well-maintained apartments and a family oriented atmosphere.Building have a good view to Burj khalifa, sea view and we can enjoy the beauty of sheik zayed road also.The maintenance team is available for 24*7.iam so happy to live in this appartement and i will recommend to my friends and family

This place is a real gem in one of Dubais most beautiful and busiest place. From the very first minute we stepped in the property, we feel welcomed, shoutout to the accomodating reception- Pavan. Thr property is top notch and the rooms are lovingly and very stylishly designed. Wish we coulde have stayed longer. We will surely comeback!

My experience with AA tower was very positive thanks to Francis. He is very professional and efficient – I can’t stress enough on efficient. Thanks to him the whole process was quick and stress free.I contacted him months before my lease ends in my previous apartment and told him my preferences.He gave me exactly what I asked for and within the right time frame. He remembered all the details including the date I needed to move in. well done.Keep it up

Prime Location, this Bldg on Shk Zayed Road, Reception, ambience is good. Glass work is very good, as they have used tempered/ Laminated & Double glazed & is totally soundproof.24*7 Security, Good Amenities, Good place to Live.

Beautiful apartments. Loved our stay here. Professional maintenance team who ensures best of the maintenance on day to day basis, thanks to Saif who has always been very prompt with all our apartment’s maintenance need. Thanks to these gentlemen Francis and Daud for their wonderful cooperation throughout our time in A A Towers. Highly recommended for families. Keep it up!

I stayee in AA tower for 1 year and I am absolutely happy with my stay. The building is relatively new, the flat had new firniture and appliancies. The maintance always arrived in time and did the reparations free of charge. The guardians were always supportive and nice. Add to this a magnificent view - my stay in this tower was perfect!!!!

This tower is gorgeous. Its brand new and it has views of both downtown and the sea.The 2 downsides: 1. Parking is in the structure next door and 2. The swimming pool is small.

A A Tower is the first building that my family and I decided to live in when we shifted to Dubai more than 3 years ago.The experience was nothing short of brilliant.The location, amenities, and the people associated with the building are doing a great job.During these 3 plus years, we enjoyed our time and the management was reasonable throughout the tenure.I would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance team headed by Mr. Saif-ur-Rehman. This individual would be available when you needed him and would go out of his way to help us.All maintenance issues were resolved timely and in the best possible manner. This made our stay even more worthwhile. Well done Saif and keep it up!The location of the tower makes it well connected and anyone who leaves the tower will eventually end up missing it in the future.

A tower of 60 floors, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, clean and in the best location. It has restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket directly on Sheikh Zayed Road. It has three apartments with a view of Burj Khalifa, the sea, City Walk, and the sea, and two apartments with a view of Gevora, the museum, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the sea. It has parking, security, guards, and entry with an elevator by card.The only downside is the parking, both inside and outside. They have to ask you what the apartment number is

A beautiful place to stay. I took an apartment on the 56th floor, two rooms and a hall, for 5 days. I really enjoyed the views.
