Family place. Very nice community. All the necessities like groceries, saloon, kids amusement, Health clinic, etc are very nearby. Excellent community to live. -

What we like: Contemporary, spacious flat with neutral and earthy colors (I don’t like yellowish-brown-orange flats!) Windows and balconies are huge. Good price considering its size and interior.What we hope for: There is no gym in the building and roads are not proper yet. -

5 stars because of the security and house cleaning personnel there - Especially Mr. Ehtesham, Sarfaraz, Rubul, Kabir etc... Very helpful and good location of building - just needs infrastructure development like roads which is eventual with Nakheel greenwoods development -

I have lived in this building for almost 3.5 years. Its very nice building to live in. Very peaceful, spacious and very reasonable rent. The staff of the building is very courteous. The owner Mr.Abrar is a very kind gentleman. It was pleasure living at this place. -

The best building I have ever lived in , and the nicest owners you can ever deal with , the building is very neat and clean , any maintenance required will be answered directly , and the finishing are elegant .Most important you are dealing with very nice owners and realestate agents , for me they were the most professional and friendly people Ive dealt with .Truly recommend. -
