Saifull in aayah maintaince has been very helpful to fix water leak damages on my wall, he did a great job to fix the issue from scratch and ensure it doesnt continue to happen again. Additionally he also is very helpful with any other maintaince things you need in your house - painting, hanging on walls, etc. He also makes sure the facilities in the building are well maintained - gym, pool, sauna. thanks Saifull!

We love AAYAH Residences, we love the gym, pool and the whole building! Saiful always helps us and responds to our needs, he is the best! All of the building staff are super friendly and we have been here for 3 years now and dont want to move - we love it! Saiful and the team are so kind, Kamran always helps us too!

I love it from the finishing, from the cleanliness, the views, the pool, the gym. However, facing a lot of disturbing sounds from the construction near us, 2 of the building drawbacks is that there is no AC in the kitchen which can be resolved i guess, also the windows and doors arent sealed much, so a lot of dust and sand per night can enter the apartment. Also the management are really one of the best, they tried resolving and successfully did a lot of my complaints when I had them. I love this building because it gives you the sense of the modern spacious amazing view. gives you a sense of Dubai away from the city hustle. not to forget 2 main men who actually eased the my living here by their hospitality and their beautiful smile and spirit Abbas and Kamran. This is a place where certainly i Feel at Home

Good location, friendly team. On-site management including Dharmendra, Saiful and all members of the maintenance team are consistently responsive and helpful with any maintenance needed. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Kamran and Abbas form a security teams which is friendly, reliable and active in addressing any concerns which might arise.

Ive been living at Aayah Res. for a year now, and i can assure you that when i compare it with the buildings i lived at during my prior 10 years in the country, it stands out - specifically when it comes to the amazing service its Security team offers to the residents.Kamran and Abbas are two amazing security guys that will help you with anything you need, anytime you need it! and with a constant polite smile on their face!These two gentlemens service level is one of the reasons i renewed my annual contract at this building.

Great maintenance team especially Saiful and Dharmandra are very helpful. They respond every request immediately. A/C and facilities are great. Also, Kamhran from security team is very helpful, he will help you with everything when you re moving in.

I have to disagree with the comments here. Experience so far has been great. Management company have been very helpful. Sunain from Azco real estate has been my agent and was was there for me day or night. Furnishings are in great quality. Yes there is construction going on across the street and to the right of the building but take a look around it’s very hard to hide the fact that this is going on. JVC is an up and coming area so Construction is to be expected.

I moved recently to Aayah Residence.The Building is really so nice, it’s new one, amazing pool area and gym,so polite and attentive security and maintenance team. I had some issues with my Apt, and Saifull was so helpful, really appreciate such high quality service.

Aayah residences is where I live and I love everything about it, the building, location, hospitality of the staff and the management. It has got the best owner and staff. Easily accessible supermarket and cafeteria as well. Very neat and clean corridors and lift, spacious rooms and friendly people around. Thanks..
