This was my childhood building before the year 2017 I had great memories there and went to school beside it What’s so significant is that there are elevators there is traction the brand name is Sigma originally from Korea. My mom and I thought that the pool level was the floor above the 12th floor well in fact it was a lower part of the mechanical floor were I can see the elevator shaft with no door and it’s accessible by stairs. We did not visit the upper mechanical room where the LPG tank is and the machine room of the elevators. Hopefully I can have permission to explore up there😃 Most of the buildings in Al Nahda 2 are either Mitsubishi elevators or sigma elevators (Fun fact)Childhood:Sometimes the elevators are out of order mainly for normal check ups and we had to climb the stairs all the way from our 10th floor apartment down to the ground floor.What a view up there on the rooftop with the swimming pool Jacuzzi Fitness Center, Clubhouse and all the essentials there.We were so glad to have a basement parking because I would like to ride the elevators from the basement all the way up to our 10th floor apartment.The safest part of AB Plaza 4 is that there was a security guard on the lobby and a centralized LPG tank that way you do not have to buy your own LPG tank and not to have worries about smelling gas.

A neat and tidy place to live in luxury. AB means Al Baker name of the owner. He has many building affordable to medium warning people.
