    The building has big rooms, big hall and 2.5 bathrooms, some has store room.Some maintenance issues are always there, but they have in-house team that comes everyday.Gym is not working properly for past 3 years, few machines only, pool is ok . Sauna doesn’t work anymoreFire alarm goes often due to Shisha or Barbeque in the housesKitchen is big with a lot of space.I just wish they reduce the price for old tenants like the new one
