A family residential building characterized by easy access due to its location on Al Ittihad Street, Dubai, Sharjah, and access to it through Al Mamzar Beach Street, meaning that there are no traffic jams hindering access.However, residents face a lack of parking spaces inside the building for tenants. I have been a resident for two years and have not been given parking for my apartment since that time.Other than that, the building is clean and receives constant attention from the management -
