This family-run residential building is easily accessible due to its location on Al Ittihad Road, Dubai-Sharjah, and access via Al Mamzar Beach Road, meaning there are no traffic jams.However, residents face a shortage of parking spaces within the building, especially for tenants. I have been a resident for two years and have not received my apartments parking space since then.Otherwise, the building is clean and receives continuous care from the management. -
