I checkout out the apartment here. I must say, it’s seriously one of the good apartments with an actual home-style layout. You don’t enter into the kitchen directly on entering the apartment (it’s absurd how many buildings are there in Dubai which has this layout).The rooms were big and spacious. It looked modern & minimal.There is a closed kitchen!! I can’t stress this point enough. It’s closed and big with a really nice view of villas.The ONLY reason why I didn’t take the apartment here was because1. There was no masjid nearby2. There was no shop also nearby. I see that a shop has opened right in the ground floor now. So, I’m seriously regretting not taking this apartment when I could
