Fast elevator with gym and pool facility in the apartment building. There is a Zoom convenient store and hair salon just at ground floor. Youll find Emirates shuttle every interval but also taxi for non staff members. The rooftop view of Downtown is visible and u can try catch the beautiful sunset or sunrise.

So I went to check out the apartments here. Gosh, beautiful views from one of the balconies. 🤗 The other balcony just looks out to the other part of the building 😕 You can see a whole part of town. 19 whole floors! The pool is stunning! And they have a play area for kids.

All things are good only issues with the parking specially for new comers difficult to understand the entrance. Need to.make the parking for new people easy. Its very good tower neat and clean big offices . security is very good

The salon downstairs are good. I used to be loyal to them before. Location is in a dead isolated area. But with stores around it. So its fine.

The apartments are very nice and big, excellent and comfortable location and the staff are very good and respectful, but there is no solution to the comments from the management office, a disturbance from one apartment every day and after a year and a half and more than 20 complaints and the presence of the police, there is no result and the only thing in the rental contract is that there is no swimming pool in Dubai for 5 days for women, something strange, we have been requesting a change for two years and sending an email and there is no response from this management other than that (Al Mamzar Towers) is one of the most beautiful buildings in Dubai and has the best prices.
