The location of the house is perfect, it is in a location in Downtown with a very good view of Burj Khalifa and the pool with water and light show. The house is quite spacious, clean and everything you will need is left at home. The pool is on the third floor, the view is beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Perfect location downtown. Only 5 min to Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall. There is a small supermarket in 10 minutes. From the pool you have a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa. Highly recommended.

I own an apartment in this tower. Everything is beautiful, tidy and organized, and there are many elevators. It is only missing some simple things, for example, there is no garbage container in the parking lots. I also noticed that the air conditioner in the back is hot because the room faces the sun. I would have liked the air conditioner to be at a higher power, knowing that I installed a heat insulator and there is no obvious difference. I hope that Emaar will provide the power of cooling + a waste container in the parking lots. Thank you
