My experience living here during a short stay in Dubai: the finishing and quality of the tower and apartments in general is excellent, the vibe is elegant, and you generally feel safe here as an access card is required to go anywhere. The gym and kids club are great for a short term residence, they do just the job you’re looking for. As of the moment however, they only allow children to stay at the kids club for a maximum of 2 hours and they don’t offer extra payable hours. As much as I would love them to offer this, I understand why they don’t as the club usually houses kids during each hour and it would get too crowded if everyone paid for extra time.The location is fantastic if you’re interested in the business Bay Area. It’s convenient with takeaway orders, and the views are gorgeous.

Living at the Address Opera T2 has been nothing short of spectacular and I’ve enjoyed every moment. The attention to details evident in building, apartment layouts and finishing should receive an award. The staff have also really made a huge difference going above and beyond for us by catering to our needs in a profession and friendly manner while explaining the rules patiently. Some of you clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. This is not a hotel — these are residential apartments that people own. If you’re renting or staying here like it’s a hotel, then you’re using a unit owned by someone who probably doesn’t know how to clean or take care of it.As for the parking — of course, every apartment comes with one dedicated parking spot. Again, this is a residential building meant for people to live in, not short-term stays.If you’re booking it per night through sites like Airbnb, then you’re part of the problem, not the place.

Very nice brand new building with great facilities. Just next to Burj Khalifa. Very well equipped gym with personal trainers, nice kids club, lounge area, pool table , sauna , steam room. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Pool with a great view. I booked apartment here for short term with Qstay Holiday Homes. They have 2 and 1 bedroom with city view and 3 bedroom with Burj Khalifa view.

We had a great stay at Address Residences. The price was very reasonable considering the amazing location—right next to Burj Khalifa and just a short drive to Dubai Mall. The apartment was super clean, well-equipped, and felt very comfortable. It had everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, AC, mini bar, plenty of water bottles, tea and coffee, and all the essential amenities. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we felt truly well-accommodated.

We have been living at Address Opera for 3 months and it’s one of the best experiences I have ever had. The trainers and the staff at the gym are the best. They are well behaved and the trainers always give the best training possible. Mr Visakh and Mr Ali are the best trainers and are always there for you to give the best experience of fitness.

Loved everything.The location is in the Address Hotel, but the L floor for residence. Make sure you get information from a representative first and confirm you are coming. You have to do a separate payment with them first and pay for a security deposit of 1000 AED. They will refund it between 48-72 hours after you check out and leave the room in a great condition.The infinity pool, large gym and easy access to the Marina Mall is the amazing part of this place. Outside is the gorgeous Marina, and you have your own view of it from your balcony. At night the view is stunning. Marina Mall has everything, cafes, restaurants, fashion, and more. We watched the World Cup for free on large screens by the infinity pool. As a guest you have access to the infinity pool area and gym. Enjoy!

Amazing and fantastic experience. The gym there is world class and it comes with complimentary personal trainer. Visakh was the trainer on duty when i was there and his professionalism and attention to detail was world class and commendable. It’s really a world class team!!!

We stayed in the Address Tower with the family on New Years Eve - in a spacious, well-equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa and were able to experience the spectacular fireworks display up close.The two towers of the EMAAR Group are quite new, high quality and timeless, stylish and attractively designed. This is not a hotel, but an apartment complex - the individual apartments and suites belong to private owners, most of whom rent them out as holiday apartments. In our case, the apartment was offered by the owner herself on Booking.com. Further support and accompaniment were then provided by a rental agency commissioned by them, whose employee accompanied us during check-in and check-out in the lobby and explained the situation to us.The reception is operated by the property management and is primarily a service for the apartment owners. The contact person for rental guests regarding matters relating to the rented apartment is the respective apartment owner or the agency involved, if applicable. Contrary to some other reviews, we only found helpful and super friendly employees in the house. A special thank you goes to CALVIN from reception, who was there for us on December 31st. Made the impossible possible and, despite the high demand, persistently gave everything to solve our problem. He was happy with us that he was able to do this. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our long-awaited New Years Eve experience at the Burj as a family.A fitness studio and a well-maintained pool area with loungers, seating and a magnificent view of the Burj opposite are available to all users. Changing rooms with lockers and showers are available on the ground floor of the house near the pool terrace. There is a small café in the lobby.Restaurants and a supermarket are available in the immediate vicinity. In the restaurants you can also order food to take away, as nothing is delivered on New Years Eve.The metro station is just a short walk away.
