This is an amazing place to stay in DubaiIts clean, amazing room with a balcony and view of the beautiful city. The pool is heated and the pool area is very spacious. Great gym. Great location.I cant say enough good things about the Ahad Residence

Best place in Business Bay! The building looks very stylish, everything is brand new and I liked a lot the sauna and the swimming pool with a great view to the Opus designed by Zaha Hadid. There is a couple of pretty simple management rules that you need to follow (as everywhere in Dubai), but in general reception and security are very kind and helpful.

The location of Ahad is excellent. The Metro isnt too far, and there are shops at Bay Avenue or behind the building towards the canal.The apartments are finished to a nice standard. I dont think there are any comparable apartments in this area (Bugatti residences is being built opposite, which starts at around $5.4 million).Most of the building plots around the immediate area are already taken, with Peninsula towards the rear, which will bring more shops, its quite convenient.

Very nice place to stay, the atmosphere and the quality inside units is the best..very nice and kind security team.A big cheer for the reception and the security at the gate Florian, the receptionist is professional and welcoming and really helpful.Maintenance team very helpful thanks to Sajid for the help in the new house..Very recommended place to live after reading the reviews found out that some people have internal issues and attidue thats why they think building team is not good.From an experience of a resident**

Location: Very good. 900 meters from metro station, minutes away from water canal, shops and park, near with skate partFor me it’s one of the best buildings in Business Bay, with good facilities (indoor and outdoor gym, swimming pool, sauna…). Apartments have much higher quality than others in area.Good place to stay for a holiday, as it’s close to Dubai Mall and all tourists destinations and good place for annual rent for sure

As a tenant of the building, I genuinely appreciate the amazing job Sam (Secruity) and Shani (Front Desk) do during the night shift. Sam is always attentive, making me feel safe even during late hours. His friendly demeanor and readiness to assist are qualities that make him stand out—he’s always there when needed, ensuring the building remains secure and peaceful.Shani, at the front desk, is a true gem. Despite the late hours, she’s always welcoming and makes every interaction pleasant. Whether it’s handling deliveries or assisting with late-night queries, her helpful attitude and professionalism shine through. I’m grateful for both of them, as they truly make living in this building a positive experience.
