Good management and nice building and owner is very generous to send food for workers in ramadan and laila and jesseca is very helpful, highly recommended.

Nice residential building with a view of the Dubai miracle garden

Building is for rental. Also covered parking available. 24 hrs security also available. Studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms available in the building. Three elevators are available round the clock. Small gym and a small swimming pool with a recreational area with covered seating for barbecue available for tenants. Close by carrefour supermarket, Mc Donalds, papa Murphys pizza , pharmacies , Etisalat shop, small medical clinic etc in my city centre which is close. One restaurant and two small groceries with free delivery also available very next buildings. Wheel chair accessible parking and entrance also there.
