    Very good building, staff is helpful and supportive if theres any problem in the facility. Also the location of the building is very unique its very close to Hessa street. I recommend.

    Great overall service from the SBK team. Maintenance and specially security (Alam Shaikh) are on par to ensuring residents and tenants receive adequate support for their needs. Building is nice to stay in for families. It’s clean and decent in a good neighbourhood. Yet, few items need to be worked on, SBK is open to rectify and improve. Generally satisfied and recommend the place. Keep up the good work SBK.

    I will be completely honest, the security of this building especially SANDEEP are some of the most professional and kind staff I have ever encountered. Every time I faced a problem, Sandeep was there to help even when it was not during his working hours, which I highly appreciate. As for the building, it is highly mediocre and basic. Theres construction every single day and the amount of dust outside is unhealthy. The gym needs a lot of work as it is super small and lacks a lot of equipment, however, everything is super clean. The biggest problem for me would have to be the poor air conditioning and the pricing which is super high. All in all, the security / staff are too good for this building.

    I had a fantastic experience at Al Abier Tower. Its prime location offers easy access to Hessa Street, making it convenient. The tower itself is impressive, with excellent amenities and services. The staff is professional and friendly, creating a positive living environment. Highly recommended!
