I wanna retelling my experience about how I found Al Adnan building for rent and nice living. Firstly I want to tell reception team are the best here - Iftikhar, Saeed-Malik provide very professional job, always friendly and easy outgoing workers, they are ready help with any problems. Also good guys who care about cleaning in all building area.I found this building very safe, clean and very comfortable location!!! Around many important communities.All studios including basic furnitures. Very good option for solo and couples, if you are friendly and good attitude person this option you will find very good for living!In the end wanna tell prices fix here no one here don’t play with prices, and after every payment you will get payment check.I’m absolutely recommending Al Adnan building!!!

I am sharing my honest experience about this building This is a family building much better then the other surrounding building. Mix nationalities staying here.They have their own maintenance team and try to fix the problem ASAP. I will recommend it for family.The management is also sincere to their rules and regulations.Thanks..

Best Building in Barsha 1, Location of this building is very prime, lessthan 1 minutes walking distance from mall of Emirates, 2 minutes walking distance from Lulu hyper market and also lot of cafeterias and supermarkets are surrounding. Also the building Manager is very nice person. All the receptionist are very cooperative. I will suggest everyone if they need private studio they should come and reserve in this building.

Best location to stay super near to MOE. Just cross the road and enter the mall. On left hand there is Lulu and Viva supermakets . Day to day is 10 min walk.

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed in this building for a whole year and we didnt experience any inconvenience during it. Good building for couples. Cleanliness is present, security, management, reception personnel are kind and care about their customers.so much thanks to Malek Saiid

The studio apartments in Al Adnan are really good and clean.Service given by the staff was commendable.Special thanks to Ifti bhai 🙏🏻He provided all the assistance needed within no timeThis place is home away from home

Al Adnan building good for residential studios, even multi nationalities stay here, but all being good to each other and maintain peace. Me. Iftekhar is who is a manager, very sensible and kind person. Who managing this building with a good team of security, Reception, electricians, the housekeeping staff, all are available in same building. If we have any related issues are solve in priority basis. All building passages covered with CCTV cameras for safety. I found this building is neet and clean. Accessibility of biggest Mall is just Acrose the road Mall of Emirates, LULU also just 5-7 minutes away.Medical Clinic near to the area, pharmacy is in the same lane. Cafeteria in same building ground floor, so many restaurants nminer my. So many groceries stores are near to area .I do Google reviews, Its my personal experience I am sharing. Preferred to stay here.

I’m very satisfied with building Alhamdulillah. Clean and peace. The guys in the reception are very helpful and polite. Especially, Iftikhar is always ready to help and solve any issues. He never ignores. Thanks for that.

Nice building...it is the only studio building near to Mall of emirestesYou should know it is a monthly rent studio not a 4 start hotel...The maintenance team for the building are located inside the building...The services are fast than the other building... In this building they solve the complains faster than others.. from 1day to max 3days for major problems..For mainer complains it will take less time...Many thanks to the staff and the Clients..Regarding the price.. if.. if ... If it is increased.. because of market and expenses are increasing.. however they are trying to be stable in their fairs...
