Brand new building with average size apartment (~1500sqft for 3 bedroom apartment) with balcony. Exterior noise can be intrusive due to the buildings location at the very traffic corner with overbridge. Parking space is limited. As of Nov 2020, there is 1 arabic restaurant and a few grocery stores/coffee shops within walking distance. Big malls/supermarkets and various restaurants are available within 7-10 min driving distance, too. -
