Rents are not too high. Spacious rooms though balcony is small. Small maintenance jobs have to be done by the tenant and this is already informed prior to the tenant signing the contract. Major maintenance is done by the landlord. I have been staying since the past 7 months and there has been no hassle. I have hardly noticed any pests in the passage. Watchman is old and has assistants and keeps it clean everyday. Tank cleaning was done about 3 months ago. Overall it is good. -
