This residents is great and i like it, not crowded and has nice gym &pool.A lot of children swim in the pool and pee, wish parents take care about this point, i think toilets are better place more than the pool.

I have been living in this building 2 year and probably the best building Ive stayed in as its way beyond my expectations in terms of standards, The apartment have nice layouts and very spacious .The balcony is large and comfortable.Excellent maintenance and so helpful whenever repairs are needed. Security is nice and Mr Binesh help us a lot at the time of move in. Well located building in JVC . There is no parking issues for guests car.The gym is outstanding with its facilities, essentials are there, not that as of fancy as other commercial gyms around Dubai. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, feels like a home when you come. They are a community based gym. Classes offered are not very common as the other gyms around. Not too crowded gym. they have Changing rooms and Sauna.I strongly recommend living in this building .

A well maintained building with a very decent amenities, Staffs are helpful and friendly especially office staff Mr. Binesh. Gym is outstanding and the instructors are professionals .Large pool but dont have privacy.Now a days most rooms are occupied by bachelors, so seems crowdy sometimes. If they can provide for only families then this will be the best.

One of the best apartments in jvc.Spacious,clean rooms and well maintained pool and gym.Staffs are very helpful especially Mr.Binesh who is always willing to help the clients.Maintenance is also very good.

Al Amir Residence is the best community where you can have the access to best gym and swimming pool and free maintenance no extra security for cooling
