    GYM & Swimming Pool could be a health hazard so avoid them, security and maintenance is OK. Building is old and you can feel it in the light fitment and other furnishings. NOT bad and NOT the best

    It is very well location and good tenants. Big balconies for each flat and good services. The only thing that the kitchen boards needs to be bigger and deeper and the water pressure needs to be more.
