    Its a residents living tower. I have waited there for almost 2 months & all services nearby are easy to access. Rent is high but facilities are good for the price. BTW partitions are too small & cant even make a sound cause neighbors are gonna be angry for even a little sound.

    Amazing building and architecture design!! Tower is located in downtown area in DIFC district and has amazing view of the city and the seaside😀

    I wouldnt consider Al Attar Tower as a Business Tower. Its mostly a residential tower. Not that many offices in the building. Its one of the nice ones in the area, though. Close to metro stations and somewhat close to Museum of the Future.But I hate the fact that theres a long que for the lift end of every business day since everyone is coming back from work. But the security do their best to accommodate everyone to discipline people enough in lift to clear the line.

    This is residential Place and situatie near financial metro station.. location just near metro station and all service are good for Couples and singles .... You can stay here if youre working and have salary near about 5k AED per month. This is best place near down town dubai... And burj khalifa view also you can see from here.Thank you.

    Good tower if you are looking for sharing rooms price is around 1500 AED monthly for a bed space... i wish it had more lifts as 3 normal + 1 service lifts arent enough through rush hours..

    One of the best building near to DIFC. Same plot of GEVORA HOTEL... Its 30 floor building with extra 5 floor parking building. Very next building to GEVORA HOTEL. Can reach by financial centre metro. Take exit 51 from Shk Zayed road towards Dubai side. LIFE PHARMACY in the ground floor can be noticed eazily.
