This building located in a beautiful place. Great family living experience. Near to Deira city centre and metro station 🚉. Near have supermarket and restaurant. Happy living. Enjoy your life.

I lived in Al Awar Building for almost 6 months, and I am grateful to the staff for their responsiveness whenever I encountered any issues in the apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to City Centre Deira Mall, bus stops, and the metro, making it easy to get around. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my full deposit back without any problems. Thank you to the team for providing such a lovely apartment and a positive living experience!

I would like to thanks al Awar management, i have been here for 5 years and so sad to leave due to lost of job, it was great time here , very comfortable place and nearby and had good experience with the team, they are so friendly and ready to help anytime , they helped me a lot during lockdown and they understand my situation, i recommended tenants to stay here , and u will not be regrets. Great Living Experience!Ive been living here for the past year and its been a fantastic experience. The building is well-maintained and has excellent facilities. One of the best parts is the easy access to Diera City Centre and the Metro, which makes commuting super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to live!
