Al Badia Residence Buildings are quite and very peaceful area. The services provided by Al Futtaim Real Estate are excellent. The surrounding area are full of greenery. There are two schools reachable by few minutes walking. There is Supermarket also reachable by walking. Golf playing area also near. There is Dubai Festival City Mall where you can buy your daily needs goods.

Best place to live in Dubai, where you are in the middle of Dubai but you feel in country side, well maintained and secured will all services available and adjacent to festival city , you live and work and entertain at same place with easy access to all main roads in Dubai,

Its a different experience living here. The garden and open spaces feels like the suburbs but its only 10 mins from city centre. Easy approach to Abudhabi and Sharjah from here.
