The building is well-maintained and managed professionally. The management team is efficient and responsive, making living here hassle-free. Furthermore, its location is a big plus with easy access to Metro station, mall of Emirates and other amenities. If youre looking for a place to live in Al Barsha, Al Baqali Building is a solid choice for its quality, location, and management.

Location is 5* as very near to Mashreq metro station only 5 mins walk. Near to restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to Mall of the emiratesBuilding is still kind of new, last year, building management is good in terms of maintenance, prompt action of issues, organized documentations from the real state. Clean hallways and reception 5*. 4 lifts including the service lifts, spacious, I love the mirrors and background sound of the elevator.Staying in 2 BHK. I thinks it better to stay units facing the big parking area rather than units facing al wasl building as you can hear everything specially in the night the noise and sound of cars, and garbage collection. Though still manageable. Took time for us to get used to it. Good space for hallways and balcony privacy. Each room size is okay, cupboard average ( they could have placed other color like white or off white that will match the room paint. Rather than wood black cupboard, room washroom is spacious.Only downside is no facility for gym and pool which is quite common on other buildings.Overall still happy to stay as building manager is good 👍 and Moheb the watchman is amazing. Doing their work and attending their tenants concerns. Please keep it up.Will see the continue of this review during renewal.

The building is new and what I have observed is they have a great fire fighting and fire alarm system in place. A safe place for tenants aside from clean and accessible!
