Respectable staff and supportive security.Positive :-1) 24hrs supermarket nearby (available delivery)2) New bus station have been at basement of building to make travel easy for non-driving individuals3) Near by pharmacy and few min walk to metro station4) Near by garden where kids and parents (younger to elders) family enjoys everyday from morning walk ro evening playArea to improve :-Building quality and maintenance service1) Our washroom ceiling felt down just when my wife exited from there, we cant imagine as the ceilings were huge and could be life risk if anyone could have become victim2) We can hear the neighbours flush and smell their cooking (such is the quality of walls)3) during rain, water leaks through closed window, and since its a residential complex connected to commercial, there are drilling sounds during renovation of any office4) No atm nearbyRest aside, its a good place for family and reachable to many acceible points of dubai.Thanks,
