Great location, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa by feet, very nice place to stay, great staff. Also, its on the beginning of the City Walk, Canadian University Dubai, Coca Cola Arena, so you can enjoy nice walk whenever you wish, without spending time commuting.Comfy, cozy apartment, great and helpful staff. I must praise here the staff that handled the delivery of my special order, on our last day. That made our stay awesome.

My Family and I love this serviced residence, the most of the Staff is polite and effective as well as the manager Mrs. Fatma. Our apartment is bright, spacious with a big terrace and an amazing view. The location is really strategic. Only one black spot is the gym equipment, very poor.

In my opinion, the best most central and accessible location in Dubai. Close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Across the road from City Walk Dubai. Close enough to Sheikh Zayeed Road and the Dubai Downtown Metro Station. Close to Jumeira Open Beach and Safa Park. New, modern contemporary style and extremely spacious with ample balconies on two sides offering stunning views to both the sea and the city.

At this date the project is under construction. It is well located in the center of Dubai. More than everything its apartments are going to have great German kitchen and appliances. Alfattan Downtown is going to be a great place for living. I have seen in the presentation images it has a levitated jogging track which looks wonderful. It is sort of its kind of jogging track that I have not seen in other residential complexes. Overall it is going to be probably one of the best building to reside in.
