Located opposite to Dubai Camel school, it is a well maintained apartment. Good location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Good residential area.

Located infront of caramel school al nahda, brand new building with all modern facilities like gym, swimming pool, grass play area for kids, 24hrs cctv and security guards, basement parking. Various types of apartment ( 1, 2,3 bhi) with balconies. Spacious common area maintained by the building. Over all nice building in a good residential area.Various grocery shops like big Mart, west zone and many more in the vicinity along with numerous restaurants.Walking distance to al nahda pond park and Sahara mall.Many pharmacy near the building with zulekha hospital, nearest healthcare facility.

Having a pool ,gym , garden in the same building is really helpful to take our kids and enjoy .. its like we are in a staycation ..
