I lived here for 3 years between Feb 2021 to Feb 2024. The management is very proactive and helpful when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The building corridors and common areas are kept very clean. I noticed the staff mopping the corridors on multiple occasions when I came home past 2 AM.The apartment is spacious and the balcony is quite big too, compared to other apartments in Silicon Oasis. I loved that my apartment got so much sunlight in the mornings.There is only 1 bus that comes near this area Bus X25 that goes from Academic City to Karama/Oud Metha. You can walk through the City Oasis 2 (neighbouring building) parking and take the shortcut behind the bus to reach the bus stop.My advice to anyone moving here: Mark the address and landmarks clearly whenever you order anything for delivery. Theres another building in Silicon Oasis called Al Hathboor building (near Lulu/Silicon Central) and I must have had at least 15 orders get delivered to that building instead of Al Habthoor building.
