Flora Creek was in recent past a beautiful 4 star Hotel but has now been turned in to a Residential building. As soon as it became Residential, some tenants reportedly converted their apartments into bed spaces for bachelors but the families living their didnt like it. The management took appropriate steps and now as per my last knowledge its a family only building. One of the best apartments to live in the area. Had a swimming pool amd gym also when it was a hotel but im not sure now if they exist or not.Right behind the building is a main bus station and right infront of it is the DCC metro station red line. Idiol location for everyone. 24 hours supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and cafeterias available.

Previously it was Hotel Apartment, It is fabulous building to live in the heart of the city with all amenities in close proximity and good accessibility to major roads and public transportation.
