It looks new and fresh, with parking readily available.However, the surrounding area is quite sparse, with no supermarkets, mosques, or other facilities nearby. The area is mostly desert, with a few scattered buildings. If you have a vehicle, you can access Sapphire Mall in Dubai Industrial City 4 or 5 for basic amenities.One positive aspect is its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport. As the airport develops further, this area has the potential to transform and become a prominent part of Dubai, UAE.
