    A very nice place close to restaurants and mall of Emirates. Has some amazing views of Khalifa. Was here at a friends place. Security is 24/7. Has good and easy parking as well. Maintenance is very good. Good for mid range employees. Not for the rich and mighty. About a half an hour drive from Dubai mall and Khalifa
